Indigo welcomes new Director, Jas Johal.

After welcoming new Learning and Development Director Dr Maria Katsarou-Makin last month, Indigo is pleased to announce that decorated sales executive Jaspal Johal will be joining the team to support their continued expansion into the commercial sector.

Earlier this quarter, Indigo Mentoring announced its expansion into the commercial sector following a period of research and development into the psychology of online mentoring and its impact on engagement, productivity and wellbeing within teams.

The company, founded in 2017 by CEO James Doherty, uses tech to help develop and sustain real human connections at work, improving team dynamics, creating better workplace cultures and helping turn companies into communities.

Now, Indigo are pleased to announce a further addition to the team – Jas Johal, who joins the company this month as Non-Executive Director, with some exciting and ambitious plans to scale the business over the next year.

Jas, CEO of Lassa Life Sciences Consultancy is a De Montfort University alumnus and serial Sales Executive who has previous experience working within large organisations such as Johnson & Johnson and WebMD, and an impressive track record of delivering on business development objectives through his sales and commercial efforts.
